Cancellation Policy

At ayurstreet.com, operated by Kerala Ayurveda Vaidyasala, cancellation requests are handled as follows:

Cancellation Before Dispatch
Customers may request cancellation only before the order is dispatched by contacting us on 8879360869 during support hours. -
Refund on Cancellation Before Dispatch
If the order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, only the product amount will be refunded. Payment gateway charges, including Razorpay transaction or integration fees, are non-refundable. -
Cancellation After Dispatch
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. -

Right to Cancel by Us
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion in cases including but not limited to:

Product unavailability

Pricing or listing errors

Suspected fraud

Bulk order misuse

Suspicious transaction activity

Incomplete or unverifiable customer information

Refund Timeline
Approved refunds for eligible pre-dispatch cancellations will be processed to the original payment source within a reasonable period, subject to payment gateway and banking timelines. -
We do not accept returns. However, in some cases, the customer is not reachable via call, does not receive the call, or cancels the order at the time of delivery. In such situations, our shipping partner proceeds with an RTO (Return to Origin). For this reason, or any other reason an RTO occurs, you are entitled to a partial refund. We will deduct 120 Rs from the payment received by us. Please note that Razorpay charges are not included in this deduction.
For example, if the price of the product is 750 Rs and you have paid 60 Rs as delivery charges, the total comes to 810 Rs. We will deduct 120 Rs from 810 Rs and refund you 690 Rs. Why 120 Rs? Because we have already incurred the forward delivery cost, and the return shipment also adds to our expenses.
