  1. Shipping Coverage
    We currently ship only within India.

  2. Courier Partners
    We ship orders through Shiprocket-integrated courier partners, including Ekart and Delhivery, depending on serviceability and logistics availability.

  3. Order Processing Time
    Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  4. Delivery Timeline
    Estimated delivery time is usually 3 to 5 business days from dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, public holidays, courier delays, weather conditions, operational issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  5. Shipping Charges
    Shipping charges are applicable separately and are calculated on a weight basis through Shiprocket integration at checkout.

  6. Cash on Delivery
    Cash on Delivery is not available.

  7. Delivery Delays
    While we make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery, Kerala Ayurveda Vaidyasala shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier partners or events beyond our control.

  8. Customer Responsibility
    Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, including full address, contact number, and pin code. We shall not be liable for delays, failed deliveries, or losses arising due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

  9. Damaged Shipment in Transit
    If a shipment appears damaged during transit, customers are advised to immediately contact the concerned shipping partner for damage-related claims. Customers may also inform us for record purposes and assistance, but final transit-related claims may be subject to courier partner process and approval.
