We do not accept returns on any products sold through our website. -
Non-Returnable Products
All products are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

Opened, used, or tampered items

Damaged Products During Transit
We inspect and pack products carefully before dispatch. In the event of transit damage, customers should contact the courier partner directly for claims related to shipping damage. Customers may also inform us with photos and shipment details for reference. -
Incorrect Delivery Concerns
If customers believe they have received an incorrect item, they may contact us with complete order details, product photos, and package opening proof where available. While returns are not accepted as per policy, we reserve the right to review such matters at our sole discretion. -
We do not accept returns. However, in some cases, the customer is not reachable via call, does not receive the call, or cancels the order at the time of delivery. In such situations, our shipping partner proceeds with an RTO (Return to Origin). For this reason, or any other reason an RTO occurs, you are entitled to a partial refund. We will deduct 120 Rs from the payment received by us. Please note that Razorpay charges are not included in this deduction.
For example, if the price of the product is 750 Rs and you have paid 60 Rs as delivery charges, the total comes to 810 Rs. We will deduct 120 Rs from 810 Rs and refund you 690 Rs. Why 120 Rs? Because we have already incurred the forward delivery cost, and the return shipment also adds to our expenses.
