Refund and Exchange Policy

At ayurstreet.com, operated by Kerala Ayurveda Vaidyasala, all sales are generally final.

  1. Refund Policy
    We do not offer refunds on products once purchased, except in the case of order cancellation before dispatch as per our Cancellation Policy.

  2. Exchange Policy
    We do not offer exchanges on any products.

  3. Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable Products
    All products sold on our website, including wellness products, food items, baby food products, supplements, consumables, oils, cosmetics, and external-use products, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  4. Transit Damage
    We pack products carefully after checking them before dispatch. In case a shipment is damaged during transit, customers may contact the courier company directly for shipping-related damage claims. Customers may also contact us for support in sharing shipment details, where possible.

  5. Refund Timelines for Approved Cancellation Cases
    Where a refund is approved only in the case of cancellation before dispatch, only the product amount shall be refunded. Payment gateway charges, including Razorpay transaction or integration fees, are non-refundable.

  6. We do not accept returns. However, in some cases, the customer is not reachable via call, does not receive the call, or cancels the order at the time of delivery. In such situations, our shipping partner proceeds with an RTO (Return to Origin). For this reason, or any other reason an RTO occurs, you are entitled to a partial refund. We will deduct 120 Rs from the payment received by us. Please note that Razorpay charges are not included in this deduction.

    For example, if the price of the product is 750 Rs and you have paid 60 Rs as delivery charges, the total comes to 810 Rs. We will deduct 120 Rs from 810 Rs and refund you 690 Rs. Why 120 Rs? Because we have already incurred the forward delivery cost, and the return shipment also adds to our expenses.
